Appoints Michael George as CEO

$12.5 million B Round of Funding to
Fuel Market Expansion
WALTHAM,
Mass. - April 24, 2006 - OATSystems®,
Inc., the recognized RFID framework
leader, today announced the appointment
of industry veteran Michael George
as the company's chief executive officer.
As a clear indication of support for
the company's strategy and new leadership,
OAT also announced an additional round
of financing of $12.5 million lead
by original investors Matrix Partners
and Greylock Partners with the addition
of growth capital from a leading finance
company.

A
well-recognized industry leader, George
was most recently the CEO of Bowstreet,
a leading provider of pre-packaged composite
applications and distributed web-based
services, acquired by IBM in December
of 2005. Prior to Bowstreet, George founded
and led Interlynx Technology to become
a leading provider of Web and voice self-service
applications for Fortune 500 human resource
organizations. Interlynx was acquired
by ProAct Technologies in December of
2000. Prior to Interlynx, George was
a vice president and officer at TALX
where he was instrumental in the company's
path to a successful public offering
in 1996. George holds a bachelor's degree
from Suffolk University, and is a graduate
of the prestigious MIT Executive Management
Program, Birthing of Giants.
